Nope I am not Catholic but I think I am going to join them in Lent. I hope they don't mind.
I am giving up SUGAR!
My goal is to lose 52 lbs by May 1st. I have lost 7 so far and could do more if I wouldn't eat so much chocolate, I can down a bag of milk chocolate chips in two days easy, that is why I am giving it up for the next 40 days. My hope of posting this is so I am somewhat held accountable and if you are in my presence you will tell me no don't eat that have the carrot stick instead.
I have lost 45 pounds in 4 months before by portion control and exercise so I know I can do it again!!! I also kept it off until I got pregnant. I just need to stick to it!!!
My goal weight is 130 lbs!!!
Last time I could not break 146 but I am determined to this time!!!!

If this turns into a weight loss blog I apologize in advance but I need something to feel like I am being accountable for my actions.

Good luck, I'm not quite ready to give up chocolate, but I am attempting to eat more veggies. Time to get back in shape.
I'm here for you, sista! Call me anytime. I'll do the same. No sugar until Easter? I'm in! We can do it. The kicker for me is that I refuse to eat artificial sweeteners...so it's nothing sweet for me! I've done this before, and it will amaze you how your taste buds will react. Fruit and veggies will taste so much better since you're not eating the refined sugars.
That is my goal weight too! I just got on the scale and realized that I am back to the same size I was 6 weeks after having Collin! So I am on the same type of diet as you. I'm trying to cut back on sugars but you have inspired me to try and cut out all sweets! Good luck!
PS I love the picture of your kids! They are so cute! We are coming down to Utah in a few weeks. The second and third week in March to be exact. I'm hoping to make it over to Logan so maybe we can get together? :)
Good luck! You can do it. Robb and I have been on the no sweets and soda thing for almost two months now! We do get to eat sweets about once a week and boy do they taste good...I wish I didn't crave them all together but I am not sure I could give them up entirely! Maybe you will inspire me. When we did our big diet things I got to 130...for about a week! :) but when my weight settled at 140 I was totally content with it. That is my goal again after the baby! Those babies...they just make you feel like you are always on a roller coaster! You can do it though, especially because you have done it before! Good luck!
